  I was recommended to The Refuge by other psychologists. My client had a very positive experience in their 30-day program. As a community provider, I appreciated the level of communication and contact with my client's primary therapist while they were inpatient. It may depend on you, or your client's, age and stage-of-change. There is personal space and freedom here. That might not be safe for everyone, while it can be just right for others.
